UIL Plaque Customization
Did your band, choir, orchestra, or other UIL group receive a trophy at UIL? Need to have it personalized?
We can make new award plates and ship them to you so you can install them without having to bring them to us in Lake Jackson, TX. We ship all over the state of Texas for groups.

The UIL trophy plate sizes have varied over the past several years. Please measure your plates to make sure they are standard, and if not, advise of sizing. All replacement plates are cut 1-2mm smaller than the original plate to ensure that they will fit easily onto the plaque after you remove the existing plate.
COLORS AND FONTS
For UIL music awards, we use a satin silver plate as our standard. We can use a white plate or a satin gold plate upon request.
Font standard is Myriad Pro, but can use another font if you indicate that on your ordering email.
For athletic awards, there is usually a satin gold plate on the awards. Please indicate if you need a satin (not glossy) gold plate.
HOW TO ORDER
NOTE: soon we will have the option for you to create an account, submit your tax exempt form for your school, create your tax exempt account, and allow you to order and pay by credit card. Until then, please use the following:
Send an email to info@brazosdesigns.com with your School District / School Name / Organization / Director name. In the body of the email, put the following for each plate needed:
Award Size
School name and group
Director(s)
Award type, i.e. Sweepstakes, 1st Division Concert, 1st Division Sightreading, etc.
Year (or you can put the exact date)
For sweepstakes and concert awards, you can include your performance pieces: list the title and composer for all 3 exactly as you would like it.
At the end of the email, include your school address with your name. You will receive a bill and proofs. Once a purchase order is received, we will manufacture and ship your items. If you would like to pay by credit card up front, you will be sent a bill
